Grandma Kaew, At the heart of our home kitchen who lovingly preserved the secrets of ancient northern cuisine. Her meticulous attention to ingredient selection and uncompromising cooking methods became the soul of every dish.

In 2001, Nong, the third-generation descendant, opened a restaurant called Eatter – Authentic Lanna Cuisine in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan. Her mission was to keep the heritage alive—not only protecting timeless recipes but also reimagining them for modern palates. Dishes like Khanom Jeen Nam Prik Ai Saep became signature favorites that customers returned for time and again.
